We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Our books are printed to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for paperback orders to be printed and dispatched. Hardback orders, and orders containing both paperback and hardback books, are estimated to take 5 to 7 business days before dispatch. Production may take longer during busy periods. Weekends and holidays are not business days.

Estimated delivery

After processing, standard delivery is estimated to take 7 to 14 days. These times are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and remote destinations may affect delivery.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is $4.99 for one physical book. Orders containing two or more physical books qualify for free US standard shipping, including either three-book set. The available rate and final charge are shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the order ships. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact contact@soulbornbooks.com immediately. We will try to correct it, but changes may not be possible after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Problems with delivery

If an order is damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or significantly delayed, contact contact@soulbornbooks.com with your order number. Damaged orders should also include clear photographs of the item and packaging. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for additional details.
